Tom is the next head behind Business Acceleration Partners of Montana. He helps Pirenzia acquire funding for research, development, and certifications. He has extensive experience in all things finance, buy-outs, and entrepreneurship. Tom also has extensive experience working with companies in energy production, manufacturing, and agriculture—making him the perfect fit for Pirenzia's team.

- Established a secured lending and leasing presence for Citicorp in Denver, CO early in his career

- Chief Restructuring Officer at major U.S. bank for cash flow management issues for a fracking water disposal company
- Worked with a hedge fund to provide a high-yield note to finance capital expenditures and working capital to a food-industry start up
- Functioned as an administrative officer for a startup polyethylene company. Duties included setting up accounting and generating audits through external accounting firms. Hired key administrative personnel.
